Drs. Lawrence and Erik Fox are actively involved in service projects through their local church, helping individuals and families in many different circumstances. We also support the Northern Virginia Human Trafficking Initiative in its mission to bring awareness and protection to our region.
Our practice is proud to host Project 24601, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit initiative co-founded by Beth Shaw and Dr. Erik Fox. Project 24601 provides life-changing dental care to individuals in our community who would otherwise go without. Through volunteer-driven clinic days and ongoing support, the program restores not just oral health, but dignity, confidence, and hope.

What payment options do you accept?
You can use traditional insurance, pay out of pocket, or sign up for our in-house plan. The plan includes complete preventive care and exams, plus 30% off any treatment you may need. If you ever have questions about costs or coverage, we’re happy to help!
What should I expect at my first visit?
We take our time, get to know you, and listen to what you need. If you have something urgent going on, we can often arrange a same-day visit with a Springfield or Burke dentist.
What if I’m anxious about dental treatment?
A lot of our patients feel that way. Our space feels more like a home than a clinic, and our team is gentle, patient, and focused on helping you feel safe. We also offer sedation if you need extra support.
Do you see children and families?
Yes. We see patients of all ages. Many families have been with us for years, and we’ve watched their kids grow up. We also work closely with parents who have children with special needs.
How do you handle treatment recommendations?
Our Springfield & Burke dentists take a conservative approach. We explain everything, talk through your options, and never pressure you into treatment. You stay in control of your care.
