Fox Family Dentistry has always been about people. Patients come in for their teeth, but they stay because of the smiles they share here. Over the years, we’ve listened to stories, watched families grow, and built relationships that feel more like friendships than appointments.
Both our Springfield and Burke offices were shaped around that idea. We welcome you into a lobby that feels like our living room, with familiar faces to greet you. We want you to feel at ease from the moment you walk in, even if you’re coming in with worries or nerves.

Dr. Lawrence T. Fox
Originally from Los Angeles, Dr. Fox has called Burke, Virginia home since 1985. His career reflects a lifelong dedication to service, leadership, and community involvement. He and his wife, Cheri, raised their five children in the area and are proud grandparents to fifteen grandchildren. Outside the office, Dr. Fox has spent many years coaching and supporting local youth sports and remains actively involved in the Burke community.

Dr. Erik Fox
Family and service play a central role in Dr. Fox’s life. After high school, he served a mission in Poland for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He and his wife, Nichole, have three children. Outside the office, Dr. Fox enjoys spending time with his family, following sports, listening to music, reading, and serving in his local church.

Dr. Lauren Hale
Originally from suburban Philadelphia, Dr. Hale’s career has been shaped by leadership, service, and education. Her work in global outreach and special patient care inspired her path into dentistry and continues to influence how she practices today. She now provides general and cosmetic dentistry in Northern Virginia, bringing experience, precision, and a calm, reassuring presence to her patients. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, traveling, and exploring the outdoors.

Dr. Paiyaum Bibizadeh (Dr. Bibi)
Fluent in English and Farsi, Dr. Bibizadeh is proud to serve patients from diverse backgrounds and is currently accepting new patients at Fox Family Dentistry in Springfield. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching movies, and cheering on his favorite sports teams.

Dr. Lina Park
Dr. Lina emphasizes comfort, compassion, and patient autonomy in her care. She is known for her gentle touch and warm demeanor, and believes in creating a welcoming space where patients feel heard, respected, and confident in their treatment decisions. She stays current in her field through continuing education and active membership in professional dental organizations.

General Dentist
Dr. Kristen Riehl
Born and raised in Fairfax Station, Dr. Riehl completed her undergraduate studies in Biology at Virginia Tech before earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. She continued her training with an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at the University of Florida in St. Petersburg, where she gained extensive experience in complex and specialty procedures, with a focus on oral surgery.
Dr. Riehl returned to Northern Virginia to begin her career and serve the community she calls home. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Cory, and their son, Declan, exploring new restaurants, staying active, and relaxing with a good book and their dog, Sonny.

Originally from the Dominican Republic, she proudly serves the community as a Spanish speaker.
Lisa Hatch
Treatment and Insurance Coordinator
Lisa is dedicated to helping patients navigate the complexities of dental insurance, from researching policy details to advocating for maximum coverage on their behalf. With over two decades of experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge to treatment planning and scheduling. Lisa has a huge family and can be found supporting her children’s sporting events. She also volunteers as a seminarian for her church while supporting her husband’s career as a civil servant.

She focuses on education and gentle care, building lasting relationships with every patient she sees. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her three children and exploring all that Northern Virginia has to offer.

Kara brings over 18 years of dental experience and is known for her gentle, calming approach. Having experienced dental anxiety herself, she creates a supportive environment while helping patients feel comfortable and informed. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her family and cheering on the Eagles.
Luci
Lead Dental Assistant
Luci supports the clinical team with energy, organization, and a genuine love for patient care. She helps create a welcoming, low-stress experience and is known for her positive attitude and gentle approach. Outside the office, she enjoys live music, being outdoors, and spending time with her cats.
Amanda
Northern Virginia Community College
Amanda has been a dental hygienist since 2017 and enjoys helping patients understand and improve their oral health. She has a special connection with military families and values building relationships with those she cares for. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking, painting, gardening, and spending time with her child.
Andrea
San Joaquin Valley College
Andrea brings years of experience and a genuine passion for patient care to every appointment. She focuses on making patients feel comfortable while providing personalized care and clear guidance for long-term oral health. Outside the office, she enjoys painting, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Naida
Northern Virginia Community College
Naida provides gentle, patient-centered care with a strong focus on prevention and education. With a background as a dental assistant, she brings a thoughtful and thorough approach to every visit. She enjoys helping patients feel at ease and confident in their care. Outside of work, she enjoys swimming, cooking, and spending time with family.

Caring for Our Community
We’re grateful for the people who support our practice, and giving back is an important part of who we are. Our doctors and team stay involved in projects that strengthen and support the communities in Burke, Springfield, and the larger Northern Virginia area.
Drs. Lawrence and Erik Fox volunteer through their local church, working on service projects that help people in many different situations. We also partner with the Northern Virginia Human Trafficking Initiative in the effort to protect and support vulnerable individuals in our region. In addition, we proudly support Youth For Tomorrow, an organization in nearby Bristow that provides children and families with tools to build healthier, more stable futures.
We love our community, and we plan to keep showing up for it in meaningful ways.
